need help
when i try and search, it says I am not fully connected and my searches may not bring many results? my search results do not bring up anything. what do I do?

Need a little more info sounds like a firewall issue

Sometimes you have to wait a little bit to give LW a chance to get fully connected. Wait for all the bars in the lower left corner to turn green. The time it takes can vary. Be patient.
