Go to your LW menu bar Tools>Options>Advanced>Systems startup & untick option & press apply.
If this doesn't work then you probably have a virus. See LimeWire continually Popping up every few seconds & also Opening at System Startup & also this WARNING: Viruses on network you should be aware of!
