Songs
 

I cant not get the songs to play all the way through, they only play half the way and then go silent, i dont not like the new version of limewire and was wondering if you could send me the page link or code for an older version

Have you tried using a different application to play songs.. iTunes ... Real Player winamp or whatever. I gave up using Limewire's player ages ago it sounded dreadful I'm happy to let Limewire get on with improving the application and continue to ignore the poor quality of the player, but reading the Beta threads .... oh well ....

You may of course have faulty files, but I have seen a number of them not play atall, but seldom 1/2 way, but that would be no fault of Limewire's.

Some older versions are available if you search in Limewire

btw are you using beta?? if so you can always go back to the last proper release at the normal download page.

i was wondering.....
 

once songs / movies etc are downloaded from limewire...if they're deleted is there any way that i was check up on the history of wats been downloaded or is that information gone for good?

monkeebuziness go to options/preferences>downloads>auto-clear completed downloads>un-check box>apply>ok (Im using 4.8.1 on Mac .... yours may be slightly different. Hope that fixes it. What you have alredy downloaded you will have to search for, bur they should be in your shared directory by default. If you can't find them let us know.

Oh and replys don't usually get sent by e-mail, but you can get the forums to let you know by e-mail when there is a reply, iyswim The idea is that everyone can see the replies to questions and not repeat the question over.and over. ... don't worry I'm not getting at you, but the frequency of some questions >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>:eek:
