Licence?

i had a question about the "licence" box that comes up when i want to download. What is this licence?

It means that LW has detected or not a licence for it meaning it could be copyright. If it's copyright then you downld it at your own risk. See Licence requirement (click on link) Copyright refers to its copyright owners which is related to the artist & record company & publishers who would normally receive income for sales of such material.
