Subscribed 7 months ago and ot one update was released!

I am not happy that I subscribed to limewire pro a month too early it seems...
For the past six months I had no updates available to download, then today I get a message that there is now an available update... unfortunately for me a month too late!
The pro version is available omly IF I pay another $18.88 (approx. $25 AUD) for another six months.
My question is, If I download the updated basic version am I now going to lose turbo connections and other benefits I have had using the 4.8.1 pro version?
Thanks for reading...I look forward to any replies!

I know what you mean about the 6 month lag and then the push for better. Hers is a suggestion though. Go back to your PRO page they sent you and type beta at the end. See if you can keep it that way.

In a word yes, ........although as I said in the next thread, ;) exactly what the difference is hard to say!

It is also worth pointing out that the pro fee also covers Beta versions, but as Deacon will testify they can drive you to drink and worse:D

Thanks... I think I might just keep the version I have!
Do you know if you still get the same results when searching?

as I said above imho "exactly what the difference is, is hard to say!"

But you do get rid of the **** popup up buy pro now which develops a second twin if you try and close it to early, and you do put a small amount funds int Limewire's development funds, and that seems WELL worth it to me!
