Default Multiple PCs running LW through same NAT router?

I've got two PCs: an uber-tower that's up 100% of the time and a laptop that's up periodically. Limewire runs on the tower constantly and is a well-connected Ultrapeer.

Through UPnP, the tower has punched through the appropriate forwarding ports to allow direct peering to other LW users. If I bring up the laptop, it also talks to my NETGEAR WGT624 via UPnP and overwrites the port forwarding info for my tower. This is not preferable.

What's the recommended way of running LW on >1 PC through a NAT/firewall router? Should I simply change the default listening port on the laptop? Is there any way I can direct my laptop to take advantage of the 24/7 tower PC being an Ultrapeer?

Thanks in advance for your advice and suggestions.

make the laptop port 6347

. . . and each machine works best with a static internal IP.

btw--I've found manually setting the port for each machine works best (avoiding the UPnP settings).

Thanks for the replies, guys.

Using an alternate port for the laptop with UPnP definitely works, but what I found to be the best is to select "Do Nothing" in the Advanced -> Firewall Config on the laptop. It realizes it's behind a firewall, but then goes into Turbo-Charged Leaf mode and actually downloads faster than the Ultrapeer tower.

Go figure.

And yes, the tower does have a static IP, which helps for lots of inbound connections, not just P2P.
