Thanks, I just got this cumputer about a month ago, I bought spyware and norton antiviurs and had it installed by bestbuy, I don't feel good about reformatting my hard drive, I don't think I would do it right and would end up with more problems. How do I know for sure when I sign up for Limewire pro this does not happen again outside of now I know its 18.00 every six month?
