I purchase the pro version but it doesnt recognize my name to download,. What do I do how do I contact who ever?

If you bought pro then you would have been sent an email with a link to your personal pro downld page. Most people bookmark this page. Did you?
Pro offers 6 months of updates. But if it's now more than 6 mths since you purchased pro then you can't get more updates & your name is taken off the list. For a very limited time after the 6 mths they offer a discounted pro. But you need to be quick.

All I know is that it was credited to my account and I paid for it so let me look for the email thanks.

If you paid US $18.88 & that's what was on your credit card then go to the pro purchase page & you'll find a link. But if you haven't received the email yet then it might not have been put on their database yet. If you only just bought it then it sounds like you haven't received your email from customer support.
