 sources Much as I suspected. All in all, it seems that the system works so long as a source stays available, and dies a horrible death when the source goes away. The suggestion the do a new search for a file is fine, if all you have is 1 or 2 files working. It seems that a good option for the system to make is to research all files in the waiting list. If a source goes down and the file goes into 'awaiting source" mode that seems to be a terminal illness. At that point the system just dies, as you indicated. AS far as I'm concerned, 'awaiting sources' is a pure waste of time for everyone, with virtually no solution given.  |
