So I accidently check marked only allow downloading from licenced ones (whatever that means) and now I cant download anything! Please help if anyone can tell me how to fix it!

You are in the wrong forum... Perhaps the criticisms of the layout ARE JUSTIFIED So many poeple are taking the wrong turnings, and ending up lost!!!!!
