 Try un installing Java in the control panel add/remove programs. Then download manually installing Java then LimeWire. Save Java and LimeWire to your hard drive in My Documents or wherever you save downloads from the Internet. After you have saved them click on the installers Java first and install them. Do not use the on line installers some people have problems with them save them to your hard drive.
