Adding a Connection - Finding a file to complete the download

I have been tring to find a file that I have 95% of for over two weeks to complete the download. Now I can't find that file anywhere.

I have two IP addresses where the file is located but every time I try to add the IP and PORT under my CONNECTIONS tab neither one of the IP will connect.

They flash up with the rest of the connection for a few second then dissappear - failing to connect.

I would really like to get the last 5% of that file. It's very frustrating. Am I missing something here? Any advice would be a huge help.

You can only add ultrapeers to that list. The person you're downlding from might not be an ultrapeer. Besides, ultrapeers are there to help you connect & handle traffic, not to necessarily downld from.

Did you try doing a direct connect type search using the ip? Also, use the file's name or part of it to do an any type/general search & you may find it. There might only be one person with that file & if they aren't online then there's not much you can do about it. People sometimes rotate their shares month by month.
