Just want to know how i can unblock someone who i was chatting with if i blocked them accidently ?

I think you would go into Tools>Options>Chat. I believe you can unblock someone from there.

In LW 4.9.29 its Tools>Options>Filters>Hosts, then you can add or remove their ip address from there.
