Limewire and itunes

I am new to this so please forgive me if i ***** up. I have limewire and itunes. I noticed now that in tunes I now have a list that says Niki's Limewire tunes which is me and I can play the files but that is it. I didnt even worry about this but now when I open itunes I also have a list of my neighbors limewire tunes in itunes. I have no idea how this happened. Any info on this issue would be great.
