how do i put songs on my mp3 and/or cd my mp3 is a iriver h10.

Does your player come with an application called iRiver plus? I just had a quick look at the web site and may have missunderstod. Anyway, I suspect you need to have a folder which is accessible for iRiver and select this folder in your Limewire preferences>saving or options as your save folder.

I hope this helps a bit, but I think the main help will come from the players instructions.
