Select your downld folder, go to menu File>create shortcut. You could also right-click the folder & choose this option. To find your downld folder, by default it's usually located here unless you put it somewhere else: C:\Documents and Settings\"your account name"\Shared

or for earlier OS's: C:\My Documents\Shared

Well in any case you can do this for quick access: Go to your LW Library window, select Saved Files folder & press the Explore button. Sample image here: Using Library Explore button to access downld folder (click on link)
