Automatic Resume Download

Is there a way for when a download gets qued, or Needs More Sources, that you can have it automatically resume the download?

If not I will post this in requests.

No. But browsing the host or using direct connect can often continue files that have stopped. However if the hosts have gone offline then you'll have to wait. Try re-searching the topic.
