general questions

im new too the limewire community and was wonder if theres any way i can tell if a song, movie, etc. is legaly downloadable or if it is something a person illegaly placed on limewire. also if i download illegaly am i in trouble or the distributer OR both?

also is most porn going too contain viruses?? and can it still contain a virus if its licensed??/
