 Hi Colin, I'm afraid your purchase was not with us. Lime Wire LLC doesn't sell any products other than LimeWire PRO for a one-time fee of $18.88. Unfortunately there are many unauthorized sites that sell LimeWire BASIC, a free program.I believe you've purchased from one of these sites. Please contact that company via the phone number listed on your credit card statement or ask your credit card company to reverse the charge. In the mean time, you can download LimeWire BASIC for free from our official website, www.limewire.com.  |
