having been billed for £33.92 gbp am still only getting limewire basic.

I am new to lime wire and have just downloaded it. I have been billed £33.92 gbp, and my order ID #: 646020050926132521307.
I've tried loading pro but it commes up that it does not recognise my email address. Who do i get hold of to sort this as there seem's to be no way i can get to the support desk. Help.

The site i got on to download limewire seemed pucker and was asking for a lifetime memdership fee £13.41 which is not uncommon pn other sites + the pro pack £9.97 & netspyprotect at £8.88. The payment was throu p2psupport.net.
In the past i have paid a contibution to the running of site as this is only fair for the work put in. But as it seems to be in this case thos looks like a spoof site. I've been on to my card services to investigate. Maybe they will come up with some answers, or at least put a stop to anyone else doing what i have done. Thats for all your help one and all.
