I'm hoping someone from Limewire can help me. I bought limewire for £13.41 on Friday 14th, however when I checked my emails I'd been charged £22.29, £8.88 extra for net spy protector, I didn't ask for this and if I didn't de-tick a box that said did I want it then it was unclearly marked and at no point did I then get another page which showed my total to be £22.29. When I made the payment, on the right hand side it said 7 day refund policy, please can someone advise me how to get a refund.

oh no! Sorry to say, your money didn't go to LimeWire, but to another look-alike site.
