Limewire pro
 

I purchased limewire pro and it doesn’t recognize my email and won’t let me download pro. Any suggestions?

I purchased "Pro" from the limewire site.

They e-mailed conformation that payment has been received!

You should have received a second e-mail with :"Download Your Software Here"

Please can you confirm how much you paid and exactly how long ago ... as it can take a little while to go through

Yes, I got the second email. However when I type in my e-mail it says "not a vaild e-mail" try a different e-mail.
I paid on Saturday 4 days ago.

If you have the second e-mail, it should give you your own personal download link from where you download your Limewire pro ... You do not need your e-mail address to do this. The E-mail should look like this. (I have replaced details of my download page with xxxxxxx)
