How Do I Know that I have Limewire Pro?
 

I just signed up for Limewire Pro and received my return email to confirm the registration. However, when Limewire comes up on my iMac, it asks me to buy Limewire Pro. How can I be sure that I have Limewire Pro? I paid the increase fee. I check the "About Limewire" button and it says that the version I have is Limewire 4.9.23.

Yes -- I paid the $18+ for Pro and I have the receipt reply.

When you receive that email, you'll receive a link to your personal downld page which is where you downld any updates you want to. So you should bookmark that page. If you no longer have that email, then go to the LW support page & click the pro members link & enter your email there.

Thanks much for the mp3share.us link. Apparently I, too, went through them to get registered. I thought I HAD Pro version - Paid $18.88 + $9.00, or something for some malware protection I never asked for.

I guess I will try to get my money back.

Looks like a great file sharing system, and I've already gotten my money's worth, but hate that some 3rd party benefited off my ignorance.
