The Pro version, like the free, may only be used to share authorized music, like the files that have a license, ones from www.magnetmix.com, or ones you know can be legally shared.

The scam sites advertise "100% legal" and people are often mislead by that. The software is legal, many of the files are legal, but a legal car doesn't mean you have the legal right to drive over people crossing the highway
