i know about this option but in my opinion it doesn't work very well, since you can put bogus files in your share folder and be done with it but you can't check that also it says allow sometimes or always (i translated it at the best i can since i am dutch and use dutch Lime Wire or atleast the language of the program is dutch)

but you are right not everybody can afford this, but i also think ppl that want to download a file of 700 megs at 1kb/s should not hog the file for ppl that actually can download it within a day not 3 weeks.

but that's something we can discuss in to the end, i was just askin if it's possible and if so (maybe someone that changed the source code since its open source) so these options are there.
