search results

Is there a way to run a search But exclude results IF you already have a particular song in your library in either itunes or LW??

yeah, i guess you can just go to tools>options and then advanced>filters>keywords and type in the name of the song you already have. Hope this worked.

LW have a feature to let you know that you already downloaded that file before

I was actually wondering if there was an automated type of thing. Thanks for the reply but not really the answer I was looking for.

DarkSorrow is on track actually. But really only if the file still exists within the downld folder. So the answer to your question is both yes & no. lol :D If there's a file with the same hash info in your LW downld folder, then you'll see a green tick next to that file in the search results (completed). If there's a file with the same file-name in your LW downld folder, you'll be given a warning & option to rename the downld or change its downld location.

However, if the file has been added to iTunes & is no longer in the downld folder, then you probably won't get any such warning or tick next to the search result.

Ok Cool thanks for the clarification, I now see the checked songs in the lw folder. Thanks much on this.
