Please help...

I don't know why or how, but Limewire keeps starting up automatically without my consent. I removed and re-installed it and it still starts by itself. Please, if you know how to fix this let me know! Thank you...:)

You have a virus. See 1. WARNING: Viruses on network you should be aware of!

2. LimeWire continually Popping up every few seconds & also Opening at System Startup

3. LimeWire popping up - how to eradicate it

In future, beware of files below 1 MB in size! No normal audio, video or programs are below 1 MB in size. Don't get confused between KB & MB. Best idea when the search results come in is to double-click on the top of the size column of the search results & that will arrange the files with the largest on top.

thats almost impossible because i just dit a format c:/

Lord of the Rings November 7th, 2005 10:59 AM

Formats don't necessarily delete certain types of virii. See the bottom point 4. (g) which is this link http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...threadid=35803

Limewire keeps restarting even after exit

After i shut limewire down from the taskbar, it will start u automatically, no matter how many times i close it. so whenever i want to use it, i have to reinstall it again. how do i stop it?
