Default Move/change incomplete folder?

I have already searched the forum in every way I could imagine regarding this, but alas..

I am quite sure that one of the previous versions offered the possibility to choose which folder should be the 'incomplete folder', as I have managed this once before. I recently did a clean-up on my HD and changed my file system, including moving my previous incomplete folder (e:\My Docs\P2P\P2P incomplete) to the root of E. LW has now created E:\incomplete, which I want to move to E:\P2P\P2P incomplete. A minor problem, for sure, but still. Is there no option in LW as to this?
