Sharing music from Limewire on on MyTunes/Ourtunes..
 

I have selected the option within Limewire to share my music over my LAN, and I have the following two programs that allow me to download music from my LAN..
1)MyTunes Redux
2)OurTunes

However, as I am at university, Limewire doesn't actually connect, like the status of Limewire is constantly on "Starting Connection" - although I am connected to the LAN 24/7.

My question is this; If Limewire isn't showing as being connected, yet the option to share my music is selected within Limewire, will people still be able to download my tracks off me using MyTunes or alternative programs? I would like them to be able to, so if not I need to find another way of doing so - Oh, and I can't install Itunes for some reason..

Ps - I have tried running MyTunes etc but I can't see my file sharing name in the list, i'm not sure whether you are supposed to be able to see yourself in the list so i'll wait and see!
