I would guess that the version you got was the Basic version and not Pro. You can check it, in LW go to Help>About Limewire(see a picture here:About Limewire) If it doesn't say Pro then you didn't get the pro version.

You should delete the version you have and get one from the official site. Also follow the links in the other posts about scams and getting your money back.
