You can do speed tests. Careful because some quote the speeds in bps as in bits per second, whereas LW quotes speeds in bytes per second (8 bits = 1 byte.) 1. http://www.broadbandreports.com/stest

But you should do these tests whilst not using LW, otherwise it will interfere (LW's aleasy using some of your bandwidth.)

Thanks so much for all your help I'll check that out , but I couldn't help myself and I resumed one of my avi files its ranging between 4 and 20 kbs (I can handle that for now) one file at a time lol :D Telstra wont beat me where there's a will there's a way....:D
