Skipping Files

All of my files skip. Video and music both. I have removed the LWP and my default is itunes for music and Quintessential for video. They all skip at the beggining. Sometimes 2 sec. sometimes it takes 10 but they always skip. I have been using limewire for a long time and this never has happened.

Help Please

and me also have the same problem but now i don't really still care because i can't connect with my new proxy server ....

Firewall

I still can't download without skipping. I tried a file at home and it seemed to be OK. I think maybe the firewall at work is doing it. I asked my IT guy and he is not sure why. So still no answers.
