There are probably millions of people driving their cars over the speed limit at any one time around the world.
I wouldn't want the job of stopping all the speeders, especially on roads where no speed limits were posted. | thanks for your reply. i understand what you mean. the people who illegally upload music files, do they usually own the server their uploading to or do they use a public one. if its not the latter i guess that would make it even harder to trace them. |
