Need help from someone at Limewire
 

I puchased Pro last week and it loaded fine, My hard drive crashed over the weekend, I got it all restored and it's working fine now, the problem I have now is that when I return to Limewire to download PRO again it asks for my email address, I put it in there and it says it's incorrect, not sure what to do, can someone help please? I can proove I paid for it.

When you purchased pro, you would have been sent an email from customer support with a link to your own personal pro downld page. Just use that one again. It's a good idea to bookmark the page. If that's not how you got your last version, then you didn't get pro.

That's the problem, I don't have any email, I'm not sure why I didn't get it or what email it was sent to, I can call American Express and get the payment status.

When you purchase pro, it asks for an email address. You mean you don't have any email account (or you just didn't receive a response)? Yes, check your card account details. That will help to sort this out. Find out who it was billed from.

Yes, I did give my email address, something is wrong though because I received no confirmation email and it won't let me load PRO again now, just found the payment, I paid via PayPal, $18.88
