This May Seem Stupid...

I am new to using Gnutella networks... and I am just getting Limewire Pro off www.limewire.com. I would like to know how to stay safe and LEGAL!!! So if you can please help me and give me some tips, I'd really appreciate it. I just want to be careful when downloading and not get sued for anything...

You can stay legal as long as you only share and download files that are not copyrighted, and there are more of those than you might think. The subject has, as you might guess been discussed once or twice, and if you click search (above right) and search for " legal ", for instance, you will find plenty of posts on the subject.
