Installing downloaded programs

Whenever I download an application that is zipped, i unzip the program. but when i try to instal it says "windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item. Please tell me how I can dowload games/programs and INSTALL them.

I suggest you read the forum rules this is not a hackers site this is for problems concerning Limewire and not what you stole off of P2P. and I seriously hope you have an Anti Virus program because it sounds like you have no clue what you're doing.
