downloading new version of limewire pro
 

I cannot figure out when I try to download the new version of limewire pro it refuses to acknowledge my e-mail address which i have used when i first purchased limewire pro in september,and i cannot find a way to contact them to argue this,please i need some help

I purchased limewire pro on the 3rd of september 2005 for $18.88 payed through paypal which I have checked my history on and it has definitely been payed,my mail address is [email]***** but the limewire pro upgrade does not recognise this address but it is the only one that i use,
and also I recall sitting at my computer while it was upgraded,hope you can be of some more assistance Many Thanks Brian

Your email doesn't work at pro & what's more you can't post your email in forum posts. Forum Rules (click here) And further more, you didn't answer my question about the Help menu query. Remember, I'm a volunteer on this forum, .. this is NOT LW pro. So don't put demands upon us here.

Try to remember any other possible email address you might'a registered under. This is not uncommon ... people forgetting which email they registered under. But it's all up to you to remember ... not up to us. After all, LW does not own or run this forum site. This forum caters for many gnutella programs not just LW.

Send a pm to mformel (click link) & hopefully she can sort this out for you. I hope you find a quick & simple solution. Please provide for her all details about your acquisition of LW Pro including dates & no's etc. She needs to verify it so you need to provide as much as possible. There might be problems with the log-in page. She can fix it for you. ;)
