PLease Help Me

Hey everyone. I was using Limwire Basic and decided to upgrade to Pro. When i load Basic, it asks for you to upgrade and I clicked on now. I put in all my info and my payment was accepted and I never got my download link. Now when I try to get help it is telling me my email address doesn't match. What should i do?:mad:
