I stopped sharing access, but it is still sharing?

I have ticked off the no-share box in sharing menu.

I have also ticked off the no-share to partial sharing.

Is it because I have files in my limewire library?

What version of Limewire are you using?

What do you mean you stopped sharing? To stop sharing particular files or folders you can right-click them from the Library window. Else, remove the shared folder from Tools>Options>Sharing.
