I could careless. If someone wants to look at that stuff, more power to them! The internet is all about freedom -- freedom to look at whatever you want, whenever you want, however you want. Personally, I am not in to that sort of thing, but if someone else wants to look at it, who am I to tell them not to? And don't let anyone BS you about the "ability" of law enforcement to find someone's IP address. If you use TOR, there is no way in hell that anyone can find you. There are many other similar such services as well. Freedom of Speech and Freedom of Expression means not just seeing or hearing "good things", but also "bad things" or things that you might disagree with. No one forces you to look at this crap. I know that I don't like it, so I don't look at it. That is my free choice.

Then just one question. Where does the kids freedom to live a normal life come in ?

I think that people can have too much freedom. There should be a limit there somewhere. A good place to put it would be at childporn, instructions on how to make torrorist bombs and people getting their heads cut off by warcriminals

Too bad, moron, that I don't live in San Antonio. I use TOR which alters my IP address so you don't know where I am from. It changes each time I go to a website, as you will see if you look at the IP from which this post came from.

And, in any event, what good would calling the cops do? The only thing that you could tell them is here is someone who says he or she does not have a problem with child porn on the internet.
