Anyone else have this problem?
 

I've been using LW for about a year now and I never had any problem with the songs being played through iTunes. But just recently the songs have had a weird sound in the background. Weather I play then through iTunes or LW. It's kind of like a crackling sound all through the song and it's very noticeable and annoying. I thought that it may just be the file's problem that I downloaded but it happens on every song. Sometimes the song is fine but then it starts to crackle. So, I was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem with LW Basic and if anyone knows how to fix it I would be very grateful. Thanks.

Did you recently upgrade or change settings on your computer? Do you hear crackles in everything? If you do, then you are probably using integrated sound on the motherboard, which in this case, it is common to hear crakling.

If thats not the solution, then i reckon you should update iTunes, and post another reply here.

try this
 

you might try burning music to CD, listen to it on some other player, see if it crackles. if it does then you know it's the files. if not then it has to do with computer.
