How do I filter specific IP's

I give up :(

How can I filter out specific IP's like (in search result something like) 86.153.345.32:43221 (just an example)

It's the last section that gives me trouble (:43221) I keep getting an error noise and then nothing happens when I press (add)

Am I wrong when I say that if I exclude the last numbers I will be blocking alot of IP's ?

The numbers after the : are the port numbers. But actually it does very little good to filter by IP because unless they have a static IP there address changes every day.
