mp3 help

I cant figure out how to put my downloaded songs onto my mp3 player... I have a Philips Go Gear SA178/07. It is supossed to be a Playsforsure device also, but it's not on the list when I try to add it to my mp3 player through Windows Media Player. Please help me!!:)

Try finding another program to transfre with. like Rhapsody.
