Well, I to went to purchase the upgrade to Limewire Pro and my visa Card details were rejected 4 times.
I gave up in disgust.
I came in to this forum to see if a remedy was available only to find that the link given above will not accept my email address now.
How in the name of glory do I get this problem fixed?
Do I have to phone?
My credit card shows 4 payments.
My details were rejected as incorrect.
I have no reciept numbers to prove my point.
I cannot get in touch with the company who has my money (4 times) because my email address is also rejected.
What now?

All I have is "Purchase Authorisation."

So the payment hasn't been taken yet it has only been authorized. Until it is taken there is no way to contact them but my guess is the money will not be taken.

4 times the money has been taken from my Credit Card account.
4 times it told me I had the wrong details
4 times it sent me back to correct the details
4 times I checked and rechecked those details and found them all to be correct.
There are 4 withdrawals of $25.27au from my credt card account with nothing other than 'Purchase Authorised and the date and time all with in minutes of each other.
I am now $101.08 au short in my account because 4 payments with no reciepts, no details apart from the above have been taken.
I cannot report this to the company because they require the email address with which this was purchased and as my details were rejected as incorrect I can only assume that I am not registered with the company hence I report to you that I do not have any number to which I can call. I might add that in Australia, phone numbers of debtors or creditors are not included on the bank statements anyway.
I hope this makes the situation clearer.
However, I begining to think it might have been wiser for me to stay with the free beta version than pursue a few seconds faster searching now.

We are just volunteers here at he forum yo can PM mformell at the link below she usually helps with these situations when they arise. LimeWire has recently updated there Credit card system with more security do to credit card fraud and there have been a few glitches.

Thank you for your help and advice. That link would not accept emails. But I think I have gotten one to the company from that page anyway.
I will keep my fingers crossed.

That is the biggest problem with these forums, so many well meaning people trying like hell to help with little or no back up from the company concerned. You Guys and Gals have my deepest sympathy and greatest admiration.
