Get the new Mac G5 Quad dual processor computer & you don't need to worry about all the windows vulnerabilities. lol

Yep I'm not surprised about Internet Explorer vulnerabilities. And anything to do with wmv/wma, etc. What you should know about WMA/WMV Files & Rootkits WARNING: Viruses on network you should be aware of! (click on link) 2nd last point at bottom of page.

Mac certainly doesn't suffer from "any" of the above issues. But all windows users are very subsceptible to so many things. Perhaps M$ is getting lazy on updates. If they really are security conscience minded. The best thing about windows is you can close them. And exactly how many updates were there for OSX last year? Name me one single OSX virus (they don't exist.)

maybe if people like ME did a little more comparing of my orange to those apples, M$ might be more inclined to do something about the problem(s).
