How do I burn downloaded movie to DVD

I am very new to this - I have downloaded movie - it is listed in Windows Media Player as type mpg file. I want to use DVD Shrink to copy movie to DVD disk. Can anyone help? Many thanks.

Dvd shrink isnt meant for copying downloaded movies you need to get a program that has the convertor and all the bells and whistles and user friendly and I just happen to no of one it is a free demo version http://www.dvdsanta.com

I recommend Nero 7. It's by far the best burning sofware out there at the movent+ it isn't very expensive and support is good and helpfiles are detailed. Only costs about 60 $ if downloaded from the official website. Nero.com
