A Very Specific Version Of A Question That Has Been Asked Many Times How many songs will have to be downloaded for the change of being caught be 50% (roughly) |
Im asking for rough estimates |
I live in the UK, I download about 20 tracks (mp3) a week usually each one about 2:30 in length (estimated) |
It is probably not the volume you download but the content you download that will attract the attention of legal watchdogs: if you download a current top-of-the-pops you might be watched but if you download a Bob Wills recording from 1935 which is obviously now out of copyright then no one is interested in you. |
recently, it's been stuff like NoFX and Primus that I mainly download, I dont share any files though |
You wouldn't download anything from me then - I don't hold much with members who want to download without being willing to share their own. |
Go ahead Hobo! You tell 'em!! That just aint right. Some one wants me to share my files with them, but aren't giving me the common courtesy of a reach around!! How rude! |
Hear Hear. read below velocity |
...Or you could say that we're all criminals for downloading free music |
whatever you say I just say if you are man enough to download it, you should also be man enough to share it Think about it VERY HARD. And if not you should really consider deleting all P2P apps of your computer. FREELOADER  |
