Payment problem for getting Pro Have just tried to upgrade to Pro - used my internet Visa to make payment and was told payment rejected. Used a second card to make payment -this was also rejected. Contacted bank to find out why and was told both payments have been debited. So have made two payments and no upgrade details have been sent to my email. Tried all other methods to get a message to administration with no success. so if the moderators could get someone to contact me it would be much appreciated. |
There are a few problems with the pro department recently, mainly due to moves being made to counter fraud . This doeds not help you I know .. I'm just making excuses, but they have assured users that payments made wrongly should be repeated within a day or so. Have you tried ring the Limewire phone number on your credit card statement? What I have given you is the best way. The contact I gave you works in the billing department of Limwire . Limewire does not employ reps, or have banks of switch boards ... This is perhaps is a reason why these problems do arise. |
Same agony. The same has happened to me and it happened seven times. Also didn't receive any confirmation email. I do hope I don't get billed seven times for nothing. * sigh * |
