problems w/ exe

I have downloaded lots of things, movies & music and have had no problems, but when i have a program, none of them work. Any suggestions or is anyon else having the same issue??

Viruses tend to linger around in the Programs so be careful. Read this sticky first so you know what to look for when detecting a virus and it's best to stay away from .exe files.:)
