LimeWire Pro, my email address is not recognized.
 
I purchased LimeWire Pro early 2005, and today when attempting to update to 4.10, my email address was not recognized. And yes... I bought from the LimeWire website and have used my email address in the past for updates. It's the same email address as always, and I didn't mis-type it. What can I do to get my update I paid for?

Pro gives you 6 months of updates. Sounds like your 6 months has long gone;) You'll either have to buy pro again or download the new basic version.

6 Months... that stinks. Oh well... I'll keep the "Pro" version I have now.

Hi... Can anyone help? :confused:

I paid for LimeWire Pro with my visa card going through the steps on the official site... Then my PC crashed randomly which it had never done before. This was back in October, so less than the 6 months support limit.

After reloading my PC, I went to download LimeWire Pro and my email address i registered with wasn't recognised... As it still isn't now.

I checked my statements to see if I was still charged and I was :mad:... They took the money, but I can't download the start up... Has this happend to anyone else?

What can I do :rolleyes:
